Calvin N - Calvin's Angels - Alexandria, VA

I'm writing my story because it needs more awareness I was diagnosed with anal cancer on July 27,2009 this was one month after we lost Farrah Fawcett to the same cancer now I want to draw awareness to this cancer it was too painful not to talk about. I can't even seem to find awareness tee shirt to show I'm a proud survivor but this year I will be doing my first Relay For Life in Alexandria,Va and I will gladly shout out I had anal cancer I will not be afraid nor ashamed to say it, after all I did'nt choose this cancer nor does anyone chooses cancer I just want more awareness it's very important to me.

HI my name is Julia i would like to say im sorry u lost your friend . im glad you are alright November 17 2011 i was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer DEC 5 2011 i had surgery they removed all of it i didn't need radiation or keymoe i have been cancer free for 7 month i'm worried though having symptoms again scared if it came back ... commented by Guest - June 21, 2012

Cancer most certainly sucks and I'm here today in support of cancer research and I definitely want to draw more awareness to anal cancer I know it's one many don't want to talk about but it's a cancer nevertheless and truly needs more awareness. commented by Calvin N - April 16, 2012
