These Memorial Photo Dog Tags feature two metal dog tags, each measuring 1.125" x 2"on a 30" Beaded Necklace. Free personalization is included. Upload your favorite custom photo below. We will gladly print your photo on one side of the first tag and add our design of "Forever In My Heart" on one side of the second tag. Please don't send any photos in the mail, electronic photos only.
